Inside the build / Guided product walkthrough
Less paper chase. More control.
Go inside the builder workspace we built. Follow one sample job from supplier quotes to client approval—six simple steps, at your pace.
ABC builder workspace · Interface prototype. Actual screens from our demonstration, using a fictional project, figures and illustrative architecture.
Step 1 of 6
Know what needs you.
Start with the job, its progress and the decisions waiting on someone. The aim is simple: less chasing around for the next thing that needs your attention.
One job. One place to start.
IN THE APPOpen Today. See the current build and outstanding client decisions together.

What you’re seeing. A walkthrough of the interface and browser-local demo workflows. Document reading, voice transcription and sending are simulated. No live accounts are connected, and no messages, orders, payments or real approvals are made here.

Know what needs you.
Start with the job, its progress and the decisions waiting on someone. The aim is simple: less chasing around for the next thing that needs your attention.
In the app: Open Today. See the current build and outstanding client decisions together.
Compare the whole cost.
Three sample supplier quotes, side by side. Delivery, GST and lead times stay visible. A missing delivery price is flagged—not quietly treated as zero.
In the app: Paperwork → Compare these quotes. Review the totals and check the original sample documents.
Your costs. A clear quote.
Choose a supplier, add labour and set the markup. The prototype calculates the price and prepares a customer-facing quote, without showing the client your internal costs.
In the app: Build customer quote → adjust labour and markup → Preview customer quote.
Catch the little differences.
The sample invoice is $264 higher than the agreed quote. The screen shows why: the delivery charge doubled. Review it and prepare a supplier enquiry before approving payment.
In the app: Invoices & receipts → Review. Compare the figures, then draft an enquiry.
Keep clients in the loop.
A short sample site note becomes a clear update: what’s finished, what happens next and which decision the client needs to make. The builder reviews it before sharing.
In the app: Record site update → Prepare client update → See the client experience.
A change, clearly recorded.
The client sees the extra cost and programme change before agreeing. Their sample approval is then reflected in the builder view, so the decision doesn’t disappear into a message thread.
In the app: Client view → Review this change → acknowledge the cost and timing → Approve this change.
